It is odd you wrote Worst President Ever. Today I was reading in Wikipedia about this phrase. This phrase is known as a snowclone. A Snowclone is a relatively recent linguistic term. Coined in a forum in 2004 by Glen Whitman, it describes adaptable cliché frames such as Worst (insert word) Ever

Earlier on in the Simpson's show history, a TV Guide critic described one particular episode in the late 90's and its writing as the "Worst episode ever!" This is what led to Worst (Insert word) Ever, and in particular to Comic Book Guy's reference to "Worst Episode Ever" in "The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show" [5]. The phrase is usually delivered with slight pauses between each word, and an emphasis on the "ever." It is also sometimes spelled with a period at the end of each word, to emphasize the pauses between words, ie: "Worst. Episode. Ever." This inflection reflects William Shatner's oft parodied stylings on Star Trek.

So do it right Ron, it should be Worst. President. Ever. or if you want to be bold:
WORST. PRESIDIENT... EVER!

To the lame game;
Maybe you'd be less boring once I got to know you, but I don't want to take that chance. You're a waste of time, space, air, flesh, and the rectum you were born from. You are grimy, squalid, nasty and profane. You are foul and disgusting. You're a fool, an ignoramus. Monkeys look down on you. Even sheep won't have sex with you. You are unreservedly pathetic, starved for attention, and lost in a land that reality forgot.

“What I saw was a cabal between the vice-president of the United States, Richard Cheney, and the secretary of defense, Donald Rumsfeld, on critical issues that made decisions that the bureaucracy did not know were being made.

“Now it is paying the consequences of making those decisions in secret, but far more telling to me is America is paying the consequences.”

How long has the donkey and others been saying this? Now tie this to the WHIG and the Moonies and what do you have?

OK, Donkey, you just might be getting a bit out of hand here, although I kind of want to slam Game, myself, right now.
Jimmy Carter was the first President I ever voted for, and while he wasn't our best President he wasn't our worst either. He is a wonderful person and unlike G.W. and his good buds, he is a TRUE Christian!!! He has been a great ambassador and done so much for the cause of peace that it is disgusting that you would dare say this about him, Game. Shame on Game!! (This can be our new catch phrase for Game's worst posts.)
Uh, Ron, for Cheney to be the worst President, in actuality, he would've had to have been elected President, but not even Bush was elected President (either time).
Seriously, it's obvious that Cheney is running things and is doing a GREAT job at doing what is good for him and his good friends, the corporate globalists, but a lousy job at what is good for the majority of Americans! You are so right on this one!!

Perhaps the Game should read "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man."

Also, I recently read an article comparing Jimmy Carter's response to the energy crisis of his time versus Bush's response to this one.

Jimmy Carter mandated more fuel efficient vehicles which would have significantly reduced our dependency on foreign oil. He also put solar panels on the White House. The first thing Ronald Reagan did when he was elected was take the solar panels down AND remove fuel efficiency mandates from future vehicles. Consequently, we have become much more dependant on foreign oil.

Reagan/Bush illegally sold arms to Iranian terrorists. In return the terrorists agreed to not release the American hostages until AFTER the election. But, because of Jimmy Carter, all of the American hostages returned home alive. I talked to a Colonel. He said that would not have happened if the "cowboys" had been in charge.

Jimmy Carter was a man of integrity and honor. Words and concepts the current administration has no familiarity with.

Dear Democat:

Do not worry the lame game is ignoring the Donkey's posts anyway. The lame game has no shame.

Remember what happened when you tried to defend another individual, how he turned on you and then quit posting or calling. If you can find something to discuss with the lame game, The donkey is happy for you. The donkey will not warm up to the lame game if they were cremated together.

As for the Donkey getting a bit out of hand, The donkey has been holding back. The donkey could reduce the lame game to a state where all he can do is cry, like a small furry animal caught in a fence.

Hey Lame Game:

Maybe you wouldn't come across as such a jellyfish-sucking mental midget if you had enough brains to find water after falling down a well; A curse upon you, you menace to the innocent, for you will be chased across the desert by sex-starved camels.

If you're going to say something that ignorant, you could at least fake a stroke. Have you ever noticed that whenever you sit behind a keyboard, some idiot starts typing?
Your post is a tedious, homogenised, chameleon-esque scribble which amounts to nothing more than the demented cacophonous racket of a drugged lunatic banging loudly on kitchen pots and pans. Clearly, you spend way too much time in darkened rooms in front of your seven-year-old computer turning a whiter shade of pale. Go outside once in a while and breathe, before your brain starts to rot from all that festering stagnation and cognitive dysfunction. Never mind , it is too late.

He did not win by 5,000,000 votes. He "won" by about 3,000,000 votes and I and MANY other people think the 2004 election was fixed, the voting machines were rigged, minorities were disfranchised, etc. The exit polls showed that KERRY was winning!!!
I'm sorry, Game, I just can't believe that that many Americans were so blind, stupid, deluded, or ignorant that they would rather have a swaggering lying unethical ignorant wealth worshiping religious fantatic that used his family connections to avoid combat in Vietnam over a highly intelligent well educated sophisticated articulate compassionate war hero and 4 term Senator. Read Brinkley's bio of Kerry, for God's sake. What were you thinking when you voted for Bush?!!
There was a newspaper in England that asked how 3,000,000 Americans could be so dumb. I sure hope the election was fixed because I'd hate to think that Dumbya could win by that many votes. You're a teacher! Why do you want to have a stupid President?

Hey Lame Game;

If you aren't an idiot, you made a world-class effort at simulating one. You claimed you would not read the posts to the Donkey. The Donkey knew you lied. The Donkey knows you have some sort of sick thing about being insulted. Why else would you act in such a way?

There's nothing wrong with you that couldn't be cured with a little Prozac and a polo mallet, or, better yet, suicide. Maybe you wouldn't read like such a pathetic loser if you weren't so dumb that even Nazis tell jokes about you.

Uh, Game I believe I proved you wrong when you tried to use the argument that Valerie Plame outed herself on the cover of Vanity Fair.

Also, by your apparent criteria, Gore won the 2000 election, right?

That said, Donkey, even though I disagree with Game 98% of the time, I don't believe the type of crap you are writing here is welcomed by anyone who reads this blog. If you want to write this kind of excrement about Game, why don't you go to his site so that he can then delete it. Or better, post it on your own site.

Ron, I hope you will consider deleting donkey's "contributions" to this post, the abusive ones. They are unnecessary and without merit or redeeming social value, in my opinion.

Ok Jim,

The Donkey does not want to post on the Games site. Reading his posts here is enough. You answered you own question. The lame game can not delete the posts of the Donkey in this blog.

Can you explain how the words you wrote, crap and excrement, are with merit and redeeming social value?

Your post was intended as an insult, you simply masked it with big words and use of "contributions". Your posts have the same intent as the Donkey's. The Game called the Donkey a "mean spirited, evil and afraid small minded loser." Jim, you did not write anything to Ron about it. The abusive post of the game is with merit? How so?

The Donkey does not go to Jim's blog and tell him how to run it. That would be rude. Why does Jim think his unwanted advice will influence Ron?

The Donkey knows most the group here. They know the Donkey. Roswell is a small city. They ignore the parts of the Donkey's posts that they do not like. It is not hard to do. We get along in real life.

If Jim wants to spend his time defending the game, fine by the donkey. Ron has already posted the Donkey can fend for himself.

Donkey,

I don't defend Game. I just don't understand why it is necessary for you to write what you have written about him. Are you trying to bait him or what?

Perhaps I am selfish in wanting to to spend my time actually debating topics as opposed to engaging in ad hominem attacks. I read Game's blog quite often and try to engage in some kind of civil debate there, attempting to counter the talking points of the Republics. Most of Game's readers, and sometimes Game himself, respond with some very ugly characterizations of my mental processes, education and experience.

But none has ever written anything approaching the vileness of what you have written here, and I'm not offended by the words you use. Only in how you use them.

And if I have offended Ron in my request, I invite him to say so and I will apologize.

I would like to hear your opinions on the issues, donkey. They would have more impact on me if I didn't have to wade through muck.

Be insulted if you like. It was not my intention to insult you, but to elevate the discourse on this page.

Fortunately for me, my daughter is undergoing 6 weeks training there, so I called her and she came and got me. Could not have taken you unless I had been going FROM Roswell to OKC. If I ever DRIVE that way, I will let you know, lol.

Jim;

Do you want the Donkey to believe that you meant to praise the Donkey by calling the posts crap and excrement?

Was your attempt to persuade Ron to delete the posts of the Donkey a compliment?

You call the posts vile yet did not classify the game's post toward the donkey as offensive. You are offended by the Donkey's use of words yet silent on what the lame game has posted.

As for engaging in ad hominem attacks, the donkey learned that from people like you and the game. It is too bad you did not read the exchanges between the Donkey and another person who have made the same arguements. Using latin phrases may have worked in the days before the internet to silence an arguement, but now the donkey can look up what is said.

You insult the intellegence of the Donkey by claiming your post was an attempt to elevate the discourse. Your post was an attack, there were no issues involved. Unless you consider crap and excrement, your words, an issue.

Thank you for your fucking permission to feel insulted.

The Donkey can not provide something that does not exist. A careful read of the words should clear up what was written. The words are:" As for engaging in ad hominem attacks, the donkey learned that from people like you and the game." The one word like is key to the intent. The Donkey did not claim Jim used an ad hominem, The Donkey claimed the attack was on the posts. Perhaps if the donkey had posted that Jim used words like ad hominem, while the lame game used ad hominem attacks, it would be clearer. The Donkey has learned from people like these two.

Donkey,
Loved the one about how you wouldn't warm up to Game if you were cremated together. That is so good. Keep 'em coming!
Bet Game didn't like all the adjectives I used to describe HIS President. I am glad to see that we can find some common ground where I guess we're both moderate, but he's still in deep denial about the Bu$h League.
News from the Rogue Wolf Zone is that they are done with the blog/show 4ever. Well, OK. I think Ron has been punished more than enough. They are looking forward to his show being cancelled, I guess. I think that's pretty mean spirited for a couple who preach about forgiveness and sign their posts light and love. If they have to be so far left radical that they can't be civil on the show and think of the greater good, not having them call in anymore is probably for the best. Personally, I hope Ron will send resumes/tapes to Air America, etc. and get on a national show because he is VERY good at what he does!

Thanks democat and writer. I appreciate your good words. Broadcasting is showbusiness, like it or not. I am working on a "new" show, not folding this one. A better show that can work with or without callers. To make information honest, entertaining and insightful. It's a work in progress but it will be a different and better show 6 months from now. When it gets there it may be ready for something bigger. It is my plan but the time is not yet. The wolf family is welcome here and on the show if they wish. Raging Hate on the program..on a consistant basis is not only ineffective but a turnoff to other listeners. So on the show time for that is limited. Rage should be used sporatically to have effect.
I have people I don't bother to associate with either so I understand that and that is their perogative if they wish.

I have said before that I believe Donkey is the most intelligent and informed person on this blog.

His posts that are not addressed to the game are clear indications of his intelligence and the degree to which he is informed. His knowledge about James Baker and Iran/Contra, for instance.

His little back and forth exchanges with the Game are just extraneous. I don't pay much attention to them. However, even in that, some of what he comes up with is pretty creative. As in the one Democat mentioned. 'I wouldn't warm up to you if we were cremated together.' That is just plain funny. In the way that Johnny Carson's hateful comments to Ed McMahon when he played the swami on his "Tonight" show were funny.

IF this colorful stuff were addressed to a nameless entity rather than a person who takes it to heart, some of it would be extremely funny. These are not the insults of an inferior mind, that is for sure. Most people just say "f--- you, you a-----e!" How much more creative is this!!

"You're a waste of time, space, air, flesh, and the rectum you were born from. You are grimy, squalid, nasty and profane. You are foul and disgusting. You're a fool, an ignoramus. Monkeys look down on you. Even sheep won't have sex with you. You are unreservedly pathetic, starved for attention, and lost in a land that reality forgot."

Dear Lonna;
Thank you for the compliments. You are very kind. Since you have been away, The donkey has been leaving clues as to how the Donkey generates so many insults. Most jokes and insults have been told, modified, retold. The cremation joke is older than the Donkey. Most good insults were spoken centuries ago, with the internet one can string together a tirade quickly.

To Ron, the donkey does not agree with the dog and steak analogy. A dog can not type. The lame game believes the donkey is mean spirited and evil yet still continues to aggravate. Is that the best course of action? The Donkey posts, the readers decide.

I had this exchange with a "fan" this morning. I did not know until today that he was a Republican. He started e-mailing me because he loves my articles. I get e-mail from a surprising number of Republicans. Not all Republicans are ignroant fools. Only all Bush supporters are ignorant fools. And some of them are only deluded because they cannot bear to accept the hard truths they would have to accept not to support him. BTW, I saw a great bumper sticker this morning. "God save me from your followers!"

ME: you know, ed, if you are a republican, too, will you tell me how in hell bush won the election in 2004?? (if he did.) i have had quite a few republicans tell me they agree with everything on my truck. so if so many republicans hate bush, how in hell did he get elected??

ED:
Bush was never elected president. Never! I agree with everything that you have on your pickup truck and more. I will do everything in my power to throw these corrupt and immoral characters from power, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the coming week. Hopefully, more people will be able to see just how bad this stuff is. I also blame the media, they are also responsible. I'm curious as to how they'll explain away what the blogs have been reporting all along. I quit voting Republican when Bush ll ran. I voted for his pop the first time around, but that last term I had to vote that liar out. I voted for Gore. I voted for Kerry. I still have a lot of hostility towards Kerry for not following through on making sure every vote was counted. He has lost all of my respect. I have really come to love John Conyers, and wish there were more like him. I don't think I'll ever vote Republican again and I'm still a bit disappointed with what I'm seeing from the Democrats, but if it takes voting out the Republicans in office to impeach Bush I'm doing it. Count on it.

Also, it is too bad that Kerry had to run on his record as a war hero and not a peace activist because this macho country prefers the former to the latter. It's time for WOMEN to rule the world and to abolish war! (Condi doesn't count.)

Hopefully, OUR Game is who he says he is.
Also, just before Halloween saw a jack-o-lantern at a public building with Peace carved into it and with peace sign and flower stickers on it. Was pretty neat to see in this town. Saw it today smashed on the sidewalk. What is wrong with these people? How did peace get to be such a bad thing in their sick minds? And why don't the normal Republicans speak out against this kind of anti-social behavior? No wonder the country is so divided and the division of the country into Red and Blue will be Bush's real legacy!
