Well, Ron, it's like this:

They didn't let the Red Cross in to help.

They didn't let other organizations in to help.

They didn't let ham radio operators in to help.

They didn't let the "regular folks" in to help.

Gee, with all those that they didn't let in, I'm figuring there must have been something to hide there, something they didn't want anyone to see.

Wonder what it could be that they're hiding?

Wonder if it's just that they wanted the oil, just like in Iraq, and wanted to make sure it would be okay for the corporations?

The people be damned?

I don't know. That makes too much sense for the neocons.

And, of course, this is why Bush nominated Roberts so quickly. The real agenda. He knew that hurricane would hit, and was trying to find a way to reap in the benefits even then.
