Delay & Kennedy

Radical Republican Tom Delay thinks Supreme Court justice Anthony Kennedy is not fit to serve. Let's remember Kennedy was nominated by a conservative Republican and was approved by the senate for a lifetime term. This is just one more sign that the right has gone off the deep end. What's his complaint?

We've got Justice Kennedy writing decisions based upon international law, not the Constitution of the United States? That's just outrageous," DeLay told Fox News Radio on Tuesday. "And not only that, but he said in session that he does his own research on the Internet? That is just incredibly outrageous."

The bill he is speaking of is the death penalty applied to children. That is a separate issue and I may or may not agree with Kennedy. Do I want the law of America based on laws somewhere else instead of the Constitution. No. However when discussing cruel and unusual punishment one must decide what would be unusual. Nuff said, if you can't figure it out from there you are a lost cause anyway. Using the internet for research? How dare he do what CEOs college professors, students, house and senate members, business people, well hell, everybody with access, does! How lame can you get. Once again, they have NOTHING so they make stuff up.
