Reading Room

Headline: Could it be?? Oh Pleaaase don't let me down again !!!

More reason for hope. He's such a loveable guy isn't heeeeee.

Yea Minnesota! Thank you for climbing off your frozen asses to do SOMETHING productive ! I'll have more of this please.

Or some of this please . Or This.

Are we at no friends and allies yet? One more down. Not that this is a very nice guy anyway. The only reason there was any allegiance was money and a military base. Could this be part of the problem?

I see she's still busy creating her fantasy liberal and denying any accountability for anything. Can you get more irrelevant?

Posting about a crazy womans veiws would make her remarks more relevant. If her remarks were irrelevant you would not notice. It is like the donkey saying the game is irrelevant. When the donkey decides the game is a waste of time, the donkey will simply ignore the game's posts. The game interests the donkey. The game's posts reveal a sad little man. A person who is confused and lashes out at what he fears. He can not admit his hostile feelings for his father so he transfers his rage to the donkey. The donkey should pity the game, yet the donkey is not the warm, fuzzy animal the game thought he was.

My understanding is that donkeys have been known to kick and hard. The Game should have known this.
However, I think The Game is beginning to open up and maybe there's a chance we could impact his views. It hasn't worked to ignore him or to "beat him" on the blog or to feed him info. I say we challenge him to explain his views.
I don't like him much, but I will do this for Ron who wants to be fair and has allowed us to have a voice in an area where we are being otherwise oppressed.

Dear democat;

The game has been challenged enough, with all the baggage and issues he has. At one time, the Donkey was a kinder animal. It is good you can try to find some good in the game. The donkey should be more forgiving and try to be a better donkey.

The donkey has the memory of an elephant and does not forget insults. Yes the donkey should be more underrstanding of the game. The donkey did try to find some possitive emotion in his heart for the game. It does not exist.

As for "beating" the game, it was not the Donkey's intention. This war has made the Donkey cold and bitter. The Donkey is grieves lives lost and has no sympathy for the ones responsible. Stupidity and greed are killing people. The donkey can not be nice to people who support this blood bath. The Donkey does not like cowards or hypocrites.

I was not referring to you, specifically, Donkey, and understand and respect your views. Democat has beaten on The Game a lot, herself, and gotten nowhere or maybe we have. Maybe we have managed to crack The Game's outter shell a little. If that is true, we may stand a chance of getting through to him.
At any rate, Ron is having a hard enough time on the show as whatever local listeners out there (not Donkey who has an excuse) who can call won't. The show is called "Roswell Says" not Ron, Lonna, and (Democat) Say". I would imagine the Right is mighty sick of hearing my voice and views. If they would only call it would be their chance to shut Democat up and keep her off the air, plus make Ron and JD happy to get both sides. Anyway, will try to keep my claws sheathed (mostly) re: The Game, as Ron wants us to be civil.

Thanks, Ron. I meant maybe the boss gets tired of listening to ME, and definitely the Bushies must be sick of listening to ME. They could call and keep me from even getting on the show if there are enough of them. Lonna worries that she drones and bores people. I think she provides a lot of good info. I know whatever speech problem I have must annoy people, too, but I do try to come up with subjects other than politics which should be good. Hopefully, Maniac will come back and try a little harder to comply with JD's rules. I'd like to see him talk more about religion/spirituality. He has a lot of knowledge in that area. Personally, I think he will miss the forum to air his views and will be back, eventually.
Ron says the regular callers on the show are a "family". I guess, maybe the regular bloggers here are, too. That's why the wolf pack is a good analogy. Not only is it a family, but the pack's success largely depends on TEAMWORK. Something to remember.

Speaking of animals, has anyone thought of a good animal for the Green Party? That's a donkey for Democrats, Dedanna says a black cat for Independents and I said the neo-cons could have their own party with a snake in the grass. Elephants are just too darn nice for today's GOP. Dedanna says a red dog, but I think that with their obsession with storing up treasure on Earth it should a packrat (or a Bu$hrat?)
