Government Approved Religion
Activist judges will tell you what religion you are allowed to teach your children. Man that sounds a lot like government interfering with my personal life(remember Schaivo) . Real Republicans, and Democrats are against that concept. At least that was my understanding.

Yup, the judge exemplified the type of judge that everyone is talking about. Now, he is but one of many, and I am sure that it will be overturned, but why the extra huge cost to the parents? I agree with don, and the mope should be overthrown by the peasants with torches storming the judiciary castle.
