I don't know if this particular idea is the right answer or not but it certainly has possibilities for brainstorming at least. Too bad we can't get people in America to start doing this more.

What kind of $$$s can be made from this?
Yes, it would be wonderful and idealistic to have wind power, but then the utility companies wouldn't be making their money, and they'd go broke.
For right now, it's an option we have right here in New Mexico, but it's at a much higher rate than regular power...
And with New Mexico being one of the poorest states in the U.S., who can realistically afford to pay the rates they want for it?
